The search is now on to find Midlands’ Best Dance Crew 2013. The awesome urban dance competition comes to Curve Theatre, Leicester, on 16 November 2013. It will see the crews with the strongest moves battle it out to win this year’s trophy, as well as the massive £1000 prize. Judged by a panel of special guests, we’ll see these dancers go head-to-head in an evening of extraordinary routines.
2Funky Arts, is appealing to crews from across the Midlands to enter the competition. Dance groups can audition through sending a link to footage of a recent routine along with the application form and a £10 fee to 2Funky Arts on: info@2funkyarts.co.uk. The deadline for submissions is 27th September 2013.

Winners of the competition (previously held in Birmingham), have included Addict and D*FY, who have gone on to perform as part of high profile dance shows such as Street Dance (Channel 4), Britain’s Got Talent (ITV) and Got to Dance (Sky1).
The show will include hip-hop, street and break dance, performed by the most talented crews from across the region, with high energy, jaw-dropping moves!
